Online therapy for everyone.

Address depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship problems or unwanted habits from the comfort of your own home.

Two Steps Forward Counselling Services prefers, where possible, to provide services via video conferencing. Online therapy is beneficial when clients are not able to attend sessions face-to-face. It also allows you to work with the right counsellor based on experience and personal connection not solely based on location.

A 2018 study published in the Journal of Psychological Disorders found that online cognitive behavioral therapy is, “effective, acceptable and practical health care.” The study found the online cognitive behavioral therapy was equally as effective as face-to-face treatment for major depression, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, and generalized anxiety disorder.

Why should I try online therapy?

When is online therapy not appropriate?
