Get to know your counsellor.
I have a firm belief that working with children, teenagers, young adults and their families requires a unique and personable approach.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.

I moved with my family from the U.K to Kelowna in 2007. In my 20 years of field experience, I have worked with many individuals and their families under different settings both in the U.K and Canada.
I’ve developed unique methods that let me work closely with understanding youth. My approach is integrative and systematic and I have extensive training in working with young people who aren’t comfortable with sharing.
Most issues with mental health begin before adulthood and often continue through life. But there is good news – we can almost always improve mental health, which can lead to increased productivity, increased social functioning, better quality of life, reduced health risk behaviour, improved physical health and increased life expectancy.
